Throat Chakra Tea

This wonderful blend of tea contains herbs and roots known to help support your immune system during times of colds and sore throats. It's great for singers as well and in particular when you need to better your communication as it helps to balance your fifth chakra. This tea can be brewed more than once.

Ingredients include organic Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Echinacea Purpurea Root, Orange Peel, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Fennel Seed, Peppermint Leaves and Cloves.

To Brew: As with most of our root based teas, we suggest to simmer tea loose in a pot on top of the stove, gently on low for 10-20 minutes. This will give the roots the best ability to reconstitute and derive the most therapeutic properties within the roots and herbs. Use about 1.5 teaspoons for an 8 oz cup, then simply decanting into your mug to sip. Add lemon and local honey (optional).
